In this article I am going to share with you how you can easily and conveniently add the highest quality protein source in your diet -in other words, the best protein - without the normal hassle associated with its use.
First things first, the best protein food is egg whites. All other protein sources are measured against it. It has a perfect amino acid profile for human consumption and if it is properly processed you can absorb almost 100 percent of the amino acids contained within its proteins, it contains no fat and carbs and it can be integrated in too many dishes to name.
The problem with it is that the egg white from an egg contains only around 6 grams of protein.
